Toroidal winding machines give precisely wound coils. We use user-friendly operated PLC controllers with colour touch screen HMI for effortless operation of the machine. These machines are high speed winding machines. The loading and unloading of the cores is hassle free, which makes the machine effective.

Winding Head
Winding head is the main
component for the winding

requirement. We use a slider
and belt head for ferrite cores
and belt and gear head for
CRGO cores.
Shuttle
Used to load the conductor.
The wire is loaded into the
magazine as per core
dimensions.
These magazines are
customizable as per core
dimensions and the number of
turns of coil loaded for
winding.
Core Rollers
The core rollers grip the core
and manage the movement of
the core throughout the
winding process. the core
rotates as per the
pre-programmed pitch in the
core rollers.
Aluminium moulded with PU
material enables easy and
tight gripping of the cores.
Control and HMI
The control flow is managed
using a PLC based Control
system.
A 4-inch touch screen HMI
with colour display is used for
a friendly interaction of the
user and the machine.
