Winding Unit
A unit where the coil is wound
The winding unit is driven by an AC asynchronous motor and a Parallel shaft gearbox.
Tail Stock
It is used to secure the perfect alignment of the mandrel
Heavy-duty tail stock will be provided with a face-plate along with horizontal movement which will provide the easy loading and unloading of the coils.
De-coiler Unit
De-coiler is used to load the raw materials
There is a tensioner for the foil that makes sure the tension is stable throughout the winding using the closed loop torque mode tension control mechanism.
Insulation Paper De-coiler
Insulation De-coiler is used to load the Insulation raw materials
The insulation de-coiler system is composed of a customizable number of insulation de-coilers. The shaft is Manually loaded and equipped with a motorized tensioning unit for tensioning.
Web Alignment Sensor
Automatic alignment system ensures that the foil alignment is in-sync with the previous winding cycle.
As this technique runs in a closed loop, the deviation is rectified immediately when it senses a 0.5mm variation.
Edge Burr Removing Unit
Used to smoothen and flatten the ends of the foil.
The Edge burr remover will be mounted on rollers in an angled position to optimize the Burr flattening with adjustable lateral movement of the adjusting unit.
This operation will reduce the failure of transformers due to insulation damaged by edge burrs
Welding Unit
The welding unit is used to weld the bus bar to the ends of the Foil.
The Foil end and the bus bar are placed on the welding jig and are clamped together using pneumatic cylinders and the welding automatically starts at the set speed.
