Inspection and Testing systems

High quality PU/Nitrile rubber is used in profiled grooves for good sealing in demanding conditions

Tailor made Leak test solutions for components like Cylinder block, Cylinder head, Assembled engine, Transmission gear box etc..

Specially designed thin cross-section rubber seal is used to achieve consistent leak test values

Event traceability:
Event traceability links products to the events that happened to them, such as the equipment and conditions used for manufacture, or result of an operation. This includes a wide variety of data, including production line or other production machinery settings, environmental details such as temperature and humidity at the factory, and inspection results.

Worker traceability:
Worker traceability links in data about the workers who were involved in the above events, including details of their movements during work and how competently they performed their actions.

Our Data management with easy retrieval system, can quickly get to the causes of any problems that occur by using the ‘ID to obtain data such as the production line on which the part was manufactured, the date of manufacture, and details of the parts used and equipment conditions. It provides feedback to design departments about any quality issues identified from traceability data.

Traceability & Data management

Comprehensive traceability & Data management provides value to manufacturer and end user and extends its scope to how the product is used in marketplace and its maintenance, providing this as feedback so that products can be designed with built-in quality.

We implement traceability by maintaining consistency in data collected for Products, Events and Workers and by linking its data together.

Product traceability:
Materials, parts, semi-finished goods, optional parts, and so on are tagged with identifiers (ID) that are linked to the finished product along with data about where they come from.
  • Alpha-numeric serial no.

    Optical Character Recognition readers are used to capture serial no. embossed/marked during manufacturing process

  • ID & 2D barcode

    Laser marking unit is used for ID & 2D marking on the component and Scanner is used to capture the data.

  • RFID

    Radio Frequency Identification Tags are attached temporarily to the component for reading/writing data for each operation.
