Each will be provided with a tensioning device shaft with a pneumatic disc brake tension frame.
Headstock
The headstock consists of a mandrel, on which the coil is wound, an HMI to control the process and a tailstock as a support for the winding unit.
Wire Guiding Unit
This unit guides the wire from the de-coiler to the winding unit
This consists of rollers suitable for different conductors.
Conductor Traverse Unit
Used to maintain the movement of the conductor throughout the winding process
This makes sure the tension is stable throughout the winding using the close loop torque mode tension control mechanism
